The 43mm watch integrates the artist KAWS's iconic design aesthetic elements on both sides of the watch. The tourbillon device is located in the chest of the "COMPANION" character, like a beating heart, integrating the character image with the movement. The three-dimensional miniature figure is made of titanium, showing different shades of gray contrasting tones, and is installed on a titanium dial decorated with radial patterns. The alternating satin polishing and sandblasting finishes add rich texture and layering, and highlight its rounded shape.

To ensure that the miniature "COMPANION" figure on the dial is clearly visible, Audemars Piguet cleverly uses an innovative peripheral time display to provide ample creative space for the movement and dial design. The watch is equipped with a new Calibre 2979 manual winding movement, with a tourbillon at six o'clock to reduce the impact of gravity on the accuracy of the watch. Two overlapping gears are pulled by pinions and rollers to drive the hour and minute hands to rotate around the movement and the outer edge of the dial. The strap is a replaceable light gray textured calfskin strap with a titanium AP folding clasp. The watch is water-resistant to 100 meters.
